SOLEXICA ENERGY CORPORATION

Since 2010, Solexica Energy Corporation and its subsidiaries have developed, managed, owned and operated multiple grid-connected commercial solar facilities in Ontario, Canada. Through its development phase, Solexica was responsible for all leasing, financing and EPC of its portfolio, located primarily on industrial rooftops. Solexica continues to act as an asset manager for the portfolio it owns and operates.

Internationally, Solexica successfully led the development and permitting of the 60MW CondorSolar and SolarConnection solar fields in Tabacundo, Ecuador, which received a PPA from Ecuador's Federal Electricity Regulator and a funding commitment of approximately USD $160M from a syndicated lending group led by the Inter-American Development Bank.
